1 Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Empire Expeditions. Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours and may change due to availability or forex rates.
2 Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by package. For international tours, a minimum 30% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. For domestic tours, 50% is due at booking.
3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30+ days before departure: 10% charge. 15–30 days: 25% charge. 7–15 days: 50% charge. Less than 7 days: 100% charge (no refund). Force majeure events may be exempted at our discretion.
4 Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports (6+ months validity), visas, and any required health documentation. Empire Expeditions will assist but cannot guarantee visa approval.
5 Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political events, airline schedule changes, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer comparable alternatives or partial refunds.
6 Liability
Empire Expeditions serves as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not liable for personal injury, loss of baggage, or damages caused by third-party service providers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7 Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
